Shoki
The Benchmade Shoki is a knife that was designed for one thing: slicing. And it does that extremely well. The blade is made from Japanese AUS-8 stainless steel and is razor sharp right out of the box. It has a full-tang construction for strength and durability, and the handle is made from G10 (a high-strength fiberglass laminate). The Shoki also comes with a Kydex sheath for easy carry and storage.
The Shoki's blade is just over 3 inches long, and it's extremely thin (just 2mm thick). That makes it ideal for slicing through all kinds of materials, whether you're cutting food or cordage or something else entirely. The blade has a slight recurve to it, which gives it even more slicing power. And because the blade is so thin, it's also very light; the whole knife weighs just 2 ounces.
The handle on the Shoki is comfortable to hold and provides a good grip, even when your hands are wet. The finger choil (the indentation where your index finger sits) keeps your hand from slipping forward onto the blade, and there's also a lanyard hole in case you want to attach the knife to your belt or backpack.
All in all, the Benchmade Shoki is an excellent slicing knife that can handle just about anything you throw at it. It's light, strong, sharp, and comfortable to use, making it a great choice for everyday carry or outdoor adventures.
