Easy to sharpen
Cheap enough you don't feel bad abusing it
Grippy and comfortable handle.
Handle is grippy even when your hands are cold and wet
Have to sharpen more often
420HC isn't a super steel.
Definitely not a fan of semi-serrated blades to make up for poor knife steel
